The city of Ravenspur is in a stranglehold of fear. Whispers echo through its fog-shrouded alleys of a killer known only as The Puritan—a twisted figure leaving a trail of blood and madness in his wake. Ordinary folk are turning violent, gripped by something dark, and it’s spreading fast. But you, somehow untouched by the madness, are driven to track him down and put an end to his reign of terror. Will you uncover the clues to catch The Puritan, or will the city of Ravenspur consume you too?

In Pulp Dreadful, you take on a gritty solo mission to hunt down The Puritan. Roam Ravenspur’s alleys, search grimy hideouts, and test your wits and grit as you face dangerous encounters. Along the way, piece together three key clues that will lead you to The Puritan’s lair. But be prepared—this journey isn’t for the faint-hearted.

Features:

  • Solo Gothic Horror Adventure: A dark, gripping experience of suspense, mystery, and survival.
  • Simple but Tense Mechanics: Rely on your Physical and Wit stats to survive encounters, hunt for clues, and make it to the final showdown.
  • Unpredictable Encounters: Each street corner, alley, and smoky tavern could bring help, danger, or worse. Roll for encounters and discover what Ravenspur has in store.
  • High-Stakes Showdown: Gather your wits and your weapons for the final clash with The Puritan—a moment that will decide your fate and that of Ravenspur itself.

Love the vibe of this so much.

In Gear 9, is "kid" a typo for "kit"?

It is! Thank you for pointing this out, I'll get it amended in the next version.

Thank you for the feedback!

This looks like a lot of fun, I dig how it creates a in depth story with just a few pieces of info and rolls on the table... great title/logo as well - nicely done!
